MADDOX, the undersigned District Attorney of said County, in the name and by the authority, and on behalf of the State of Oklahoma, give information that on or about the 19th day of April, 1995, and in said County of Noble and State of Oklahoma, one Timothy James McVeigh did then and there unlawfully, willfully, knowingly and wrongfully commit the crimes of Count 1: Transporting a Loaded Firearm, Count 2: Carring a Concealed Weapon, Count 3: Carrying a Weapon, Count 4: No Tag, and Count 5: No Security Verification Form. COUNT 1- Transporting Loaded Firearm 21 O.S. 1289.13 That is to say, the said defendant, on or about the 19th day of April, 1995, while in Noble County, Oklahoma, did unlawfully, willfully, and wrongfully carry and transport a loaded firearm, to- wit: .45 caliber pistol, in a motor vehicle over a public highway in Noble County, to-wit: Interstate Highway 35, 1 mile south of State Highway 15, said firearm not being then and there in a locked compartment of said motor vehicle, contrart to the form and the statute in such cases made and provided and against the peace and dignity of the State of Oklahoma. COUNT 2- Carrying Concealed Weapon 21 O.S. 1289.8 That is to say, the said defendant, on or abouth the 19th day of April, 1995, while in Noble County, Oklahoma, did unlawfully, willfully, and wrongfully carry concealed on or about his person a certain weapon, to-wit: a .45 caliber pistol, on himself, said defendant not being then and there a person permitted to carry a concealed weapon under the provisions of the Oklahoma Firearms Act of 1971; contrary to the form and the statute in such cases made and provided and against the peace and dignity of the State of Oklahoma. COUNT 3- Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon 21 O.S. 1272 That is to say, the said defendant, on or about the 19th day of April, 1995, while in Noble County, Oklahoma did knowingly, intentionally, and unlawfully carry on or about his person an offensive weapon, to-wit: a single balde knife, have a 5 1/8 inch blade, contrary to the form and the statute in such cases made and provided and against the peace and dignity of the State of Oklahoma. COUNT 4- Taxes Due (No Tag), 47 O.S. 1151 That is to say, the said defendant, on or about the 19th day of April, 1995, while in Noble County, Oklahoma, did willfully and knowingly drive a certain motor vehicle, to-wit: 1977 Mercury, on a public highway of this County and State, to-wit: Interstate Highway 35, 1 mile south of State Highway 15 , without an Oklahoma license plate. contrary to the form and the statute in such cases made and provided and against the peace and dignity of the State of Oklahoma. COUNT 5- No Security Verification Form, 47 O.S. 7-606 That is to say, the said defendant, on or about the 19th day of April, 1995, while in Noble County, Oklahoma, did unlawfully, willfully, knowingly, and wrongfully drive and operate a motor vehicle, to-wit: 1977 Mercury, in Noble County, Oklahoma, without carrying in said vehicle a current owner's security verification form listing said vehicle, contrary to the form and the statute insuch cases made and provided and against the peace and dignity of the State of Oklahoma.
