Defendant, __[name]__, amends the answer filed __[date]__, to the
complaint of plaintiff, __[name]__, in this action as follows:

    1.  The answer to paragraph 2 of plaintiff's first cause of action
should be deleted and replaced with "Answering paragraph 2, defendant
admits the allegations of the first sentence of this paragraph and denies
the remaining allegations."

    2.  The answer to paragraph 4 of plaintiff's first cause of action
should be amended to substitute the name "Johnson" for "John."

    3.  The answer to paragraph 5 of plaintiff's second cause of action
should be amended to substitute "three times" for "two times."

    4.  The denials answering paragraph 3 of plaintiff's fifth cause of
action should be deleted and replaced with "Answering paragraph 3,
defendant admits the allegations in the first sentence of this paragraph
and denies the remaining allegations."

    5.  The following paragraph should be added:

FIFTH AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE
    Unclean Hands
    16.  Plaintiff's claims for relief are barred by plaintiff's unclean
hands.
