and you have not responded.  This is our follow up letter.

and contact information of the agent conducting this case if any
additional information is necessary.  If no confirmation is sent we
will assume the person signing for the letter is responsible for any
failure to comply and this person may be named as a party in any
lawsuit.  We reserve the right under [state] Law to record any
incoming conversations and we have no obligation to advise you that
they are being recorded.
