Although we have noticed improvement in your job performance
during this probationary period, we feel that it would be in the
best interest of the company and yourself to continue your
pobationary period for an additional six months. This will
allow us to monitor your performance and make appropriate
recommendations regarding your employment status.

It is hoped that this additional probationary period will
provide you with an opportunity to prove to us that our
confidence in you is justified.

On receipt of this letter, please report to the personnel
department so that they can clarify the conditions of your
extended probation and assist you in any way possible toward
improved performance.
